Your main tools for deck creation and other deck related needs can be found in places such as:
- Hearthhead Deckbuilder (a great place to play around with your own ideas, get familiar with cards or other decks made by people like you and occasionally by yodeling gophers);
- HearthPwn Deckbuilder (an equally great place with a different interface and many other tools);
- The 1st Inkeeper's Invitational Decklists (these also contain links to view the decks of every participant);
- and others, most of which you can find and access from this blog using the Useful Links Gadget on the right side of the layout.
On this page, we will try and post a few or some of the decks used, be it troll decks, popular decks or "famous" decks used by some of the top Hearthstone players from day one to present time. The layout of this however will focus on simplicity given the restraints imposed by blogs in general. Accordingly we will most likely post a list of the cards used as well as links towards said decks in the aforementioned deck-building tools.
I'll start this page with one of my own decks (be afraid!), a shaman deck I called Pipsqueaks on Steroids. You can see the outcome of one such match HERE while the actual composition goes like this:
Pipsqueaks on Steroids - Shaman deck
2x Wisp (0)
2x Rockbiter Weapon (1)
2x Abusive Sergeant (1)
2x Argent Squire (1)
2x Novice Engineer (2)
2x Leper Gnome (1)
2x Worgen Infiltrator (1)
2x Windfury (2)
2x Flametongue Totem (2)
2x Hex (3)
2x Flesheating Ghoul (3)
2x Raidleader (3)
2x Bloodlust (5)
2x Fire Elemental (6) - go creative on this one, not sure what else to pick to make it a threat/target, a dmg dealer and a snipe card...
1x Stormwind Champion (7)
1x Onyxia (9)

The main idea here is to get as much stuff on the table as fast as you can and keep chipping off from the opponents hp pool or his units until you get the chance to empower your twerps and send them on the march to victory. The deck is supposed to escalate quickly and make it possible to burn the opponent down before he manages to establish a foothold on the board. This was at the same time supposed to work with rather basic cards (since I don't have that many and because I figured others might be in the same situation). I used shaman for the obvious reasons i.e. totems (and making glowing snowballs out of thin air as a neat Christmas trick).
I should mention that you shouldn't expect this to be anything else than a fun deck to horse around with from time to time. The absence of heavy board clearing cards in the opponents deck/hand is also a plus. In the case that let's say... "a Wild Pyromancer appears", you will be yelling "I'm melting! I'm melting!" 1st.
UPDATE: The deck works pretty ok but I must admit having Onyxia counts as a second or last chance to burn your opponent down with Bloodlust. The deck is usually great for the first 4 turns. On the 5th you should be able to make your 1st serious move. The deck falls off more or less midgame. I enjoy playing it for now.
More inc. once I get some time to add stuff here.

Mayhem's Mage Deck & link to guide (1st place in ESL.HS)
In his own words " this deck mainly focuses on burning your opponents down. In 85% of my games I did not need Pyroblast to seal the deal because this deck is super fast, it's super aggressive and it has a lot of synergy along with controlling aspects which makes it extremely hard to answer too. On top of that, it's very consistent".
